This year, Matrix is grateful to participate in the Aetna Voices of Health Competition for 2019. This competition awards non-profits throughout the country with funds for those who collect the most votes in their respective cities. Voting started September 9th and ends October 13th, so depending on when you are reading this, every vote helps and we would appreciate yours! This year there are 5 non-profits competing throughout the city of Detroit including Matrix Human Services, Smile Savers Mobile Dental Health Service, COTS (Coalition on Temporary Shelter), Covenant Community Care, and Forgotten Harvest.
Aetna makes it possible to vote 4 times a day until the last day, through 4 different voting methods: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Email. The process is very simple and works seamlessly through the Matrix voting page. Every day that a person votes, they can send Matrix a message through any of the social channels listed above, or to our email at DetroitMatrixTeam@gmail.com and let us know how many votes they cast that day. At the end of the voting period, we will randomly select a winner who will receive a $100 gift card to COLOR BOX Luxury Nail & Beauty Bar, Courtesy of Hour Magazine!
