This FREE virtual workshop will teach you the ins-and-outs of buying a home and plenty of resources that can help you through the process, as well as some tips to manage finances

During this workshop you’ll learn all aspects of the home buying process. You’ll also receive a certificate making you eligible to receive many of Michigan State Housing Development Authority’s (MSHDA) down payment assistance programs; in some cases, you could receive up to $10,000 in assistance. You will also be offered the opportunity to sign-up for a one-on-one housing counseling session. Our certified HUD Housing Counselors are ready to help guide you towards your home buying goals!
